Myofascial Release (MFR): This utilizes a gentle form of stretching of the fascia, producing a profound healing effect upon the body's tissues, eliminating pain and restoring motion. Fascia is a connective tissue that forms around and through all muscles, bones, nerves, and organs. Malfunctions within the fascia, due to trauma, postural habits or inflammation can create binding and result in abnormal pressure, initiate pain or malfunctions at other sites throughout the body.
