Cell Phones and Children
While we love children, in order to maintain a quiet, spa atmosphere we ask that you leave children and cell phones at home.
In order to maximize your visit, please arrive at least 15 minutes prior to your appointment. If you are running late, we will do our best to accommodate you for the full length of your allotted time, schedule permitting. Otherwise, we regret your treatment will still have to end on time, so as not to delay the next guest. Appointments cut short due to late arrival are payable in full. A MasterCard, Visa or Gift Certificate will be required to secure your reservation.
Cancellation & No-Show Policy
Making an appointment with one of our professionals allows us to reserve time and space for your exclusive care. For this reason, there is a 50% fee charged for same day cancellations (or) a $15 rescheduling fee for rescheduling and keeping that newly scheduled appointment. We reserve the right to charge your Credit Card or Gift Certificate 100% of appointment value in the event of a no show or the 50% charge for same day cancellation.
Seasonal Promotional Gift Cards
Promotional Gift Cards may be used to reward gift card purchaser during seasonal promotions throughout the year. These are appreciation gifts to be redeemed by the purchaser for spa or salon services only. These promotional gifts are non-transferable and may not be used for the purchase of products, or other gift cards.
On Your First Visit
You will be asked to fill out a brief intake form containing general health information, allowing us to provide you with the safest, most appropriate treatments. All information you provide is completely confidential. A detailed assessment, along with specific suggestions and recommendations for your care, may also be provided by us during your initial or subsequent visits to optimize your results and benefit of treatments.
Methods of Payment
We accept MasterCard and Visa. Personal checks will be accepted with 2 forms of Identification. We also accept Natural Elements, Spa Wish and Spa Finder gift certificates which have not reached their expiration date. We do not issue refunds for remaining balances on Gift Certificates or gift checks. We also do NOT accept opened merchandise to be returned.
Our spa and salon gift certificates are the perfect gifts for friends and loved ones. All gift certificates have a 100% value of expiration after one year from date of purchase and are fully transferable within that 1 year period not extending the original expiration date. They are non-refundable. Gift cards are not redeemable for cash, but may be used towards services. Purchase online and print or we will be more than happy to mail one to the recipient for an additional $3.95.
Valuables & Jewelry
Please secure your personal belongings prior to and after your treatment. Whenever possible, please leave jewelry at home. We cannot be responsible for personal items left behind, although we will always do our best to locate and hold your items for you.
Gratuities comprise an important portion of your service provider’s income, and it is a nice way to say “thank you” for personalized attention. For non-medical treatments, a range of 15-20% is customary. Please note that a 15% gratuity will automatically be added to any service of $150 dollars or more.

Points & Rewards Program
Just for enjoying yourself at our Spa & Salon, you could earn points that translate into dollars that can be used toward services. One point equals one dollar and points can be accumulated for the whole calendar year of 2013. Any points accumulated must, however, be used by 2014.

*This Program is subject to cancellation or alteration at the discretion of Natural Elements management.
**The pre-book reward points are given if you book a service of the same type on the same day as the initial service is rendered. Also, earn 10 points when pre-booking at the time of check-out for your first time visit to the spa.
*** The referral points are given when the individual you referred has come in for a service with us. The service must be checked out for the referrer to receive their rewards points.
Series rates are available for some of our services. Please call us at (757) 436-1141 for further information. They cannot be combined with any other discounts nor can they be shared. Series sessions cannot be used for gift certificate purchases. All series packages have a 12-month expiration date from the date of purchase, unless otherwise noted. Refund requests will be honored at a pro-rated basis, based on the full, non-packaged price of sessions already redeemed.
Service Times and Durations
All quoted service durations are approximate. Some services may vary by 15-20 min depending upon the therapist and the client, as well as the service being performed, the condition of your skin or customization of the service.
